I went in to today thinking I wasn’t going to make another jam and take a break for the weekend to get some paid word done. But then I started playing with some slightly out of tune jazz chords I sampled myself playing. I used the SP404sx to hold the chords and just loop them. They both had different sample lengths so they just played at random times. I threw the output of the SP thru Chromaverb inside of Logic Pro because I’m a bad dawless boy. Then I randomized some of the notes of the scale with the OP-1 and my favorite endless sequencer trick. And then found a beefy sawtooth synth inside of Alchemy. I never do this type of stuff and it was pretty relaxing just messing with the sounds. I’ll have to try this agian.
